The new type of lipide-bindind protein Р-45kDa is isolated, cleared with chromatography and gelfiltration on Sephadex G-75 and characterized from larvae Trichinella spiralis. Р-45kDa is consists of mainly ƒglobular structures. The molecular weight of protein 48,14 kDa was determined by the method of mass-spectroscopy. P-45kDa can be used for specific differentiation of Trichinella spp. and as DNAdiagnostic.
