Magnetic and Electric Properties of FeP, Single Crystals

1971
Measurements of the magnetic susceptibility, electrical resistivity and Hall effect have been made on FeP, single crystals prepared by a chemical transport reaction. FeP, is a diamagnetic semiconductor with a nearly temperature independent susceptibility of - (8.82 0.7). 10-BSI (at room temperature), and a band gap of 0.37 eV.
