Classificação e métodos – o desenvolvimento dos processos no arquivo da coordenadoria de apoio administrativo do ced

It presents the study, identification and analysis of the documents in current and intermediate archives by the Administrative Support Coordination of the Centro de Ciencias da Educacao of the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Develops practical activities and an exploratory description. Activities of identification, classification and application of the UFSC records schedule were carried out in the conditioned documents, aiming at the elimination, transfer and or recollection of the documents to the Central Archive. Concludes the importance of internships in the federal public administration, presents suggestions for the continuous application of procedures in the sector .
