Application of sesquiterpenic compound in preparation of pharmaceuticals for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia

The invention discloses application of a sesquiterpenic compound in preparation of pharmaceuticals for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia. The sesquiterpenic compound has a structural formula shown as in formula (I) or (II), wherein R1 is hydrogen, hydroxyl groups, amino groups, nitro groups, C1-8 alkyls, substituted C1-8 alkyls, C5-8 naphthenic groups, substituted C5-8 naphthenic groups, C5-6 aryls, substituted C5-6 aryls, C9-18 condensed aryls, substituted C9-18 condensed aryls, C5-6 heterocyclic groups, substituted C5-6 heterocyclic groups, C5-6 heterocyclic aryls, or substituted C5-6 heterocyclic aryls; R2 is as defined as R1. The sesquiterpenic compound of the invention can inhibit triglyceride, has low toxicity to a host, is high in safety and is applicable to the preparation of pharmaceuticals for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia.
