Objective To evaluate the effect of the further education program for administrative staff of disease control and prevention,and thus to assure the improvement in training quality. Methods Kirkpatrick model was adopted to evaluate the response,learning,behavior and attainment. Results The education course emphasized on practical needs,practicability and applicability. The professional competence and practical skill were both improved,resulting in achievement of the expected effect. Conclusion The information acquired by scoring can scientifically regulate the training management in the future and improve the training quality.
