The invention discloses a stealth radar low interception probability performance assessment method, which is used for solving the technology problem that the LPI performance assessment method of the prior art is poor in practicability. The stealth radar low interception probability performance assessment method comprises steps of dividing the factors (like the radar waveform design, power management and radar hardware design which includes the low side lobe antenna and a high processing gain receiver ) and the measurements that affect the radar LPI performance into a plurality of groups according to the different properties from the aspects of the time domain, the space domain, the frequency domain and the power domain, forming a target layer L1, a sub-target-layer L2-1-L2-2, a criterion layer L3-1-L3-8, a sub-criterion layer L4-1-L4-l7, performing every two comparison on factors through level analysis, determining the relative importance of various factors in the same layer, comprehensively determines the contribution weight of the various layers, the various factors and the various reference values relative to the LPI performance, and obtaining the quantitative assessment results of the LPI performance of various radars in order to evaluate the LPI performance of the various radars. As a result, the assessment result is more close to the practical condition, and the practicability is stronger.
