Создание корпоративной системы управления проектами для проектно-ориентированного предприятия на базе ценностного подхода

The article deals with the corporate project management system (CPMS) as a means of an effective project management. Successful functioning of project companies is provided by the implementation of the above-mentioned system. The main objective of creation of the corporate project management system, programs and portfolios of projects is to implement projects according to the project-oriented enterprise strategy. To achieve the aim the system, that makes it possible to coordinate projects realization at all stages of life cycle with strategic objectives of the company, has been created. Valuable approach to CPMS creation is under investigation. Program and Project Management (P2M) proves to be the most effective projects control system in the age of global economy and global competition and one of the main international standards of project management, which originated in Japan . P2M is based on simple principles, the most fundamental of which is the consideration of project from the point of view of the creation of new value to the customer.
