Flexible tool set platform for rear section of integral wing-body structure

2012
The invention relates to a flexible tool set platform for a rear section of an integral wing-body structure. Three linear rails are arranged in parallel on the ground, with a movable external frame A and a movable external frame B movably connected thereon; a fixed internal frame is mounted between the movable external frame A and the movable external frame B; a transportation robot I and a transportation robot II are mounted between two linear rails, respectively, wherein the linear rails are symmetrically provided with base connecting plates of which the bottoms are movably connected with rails through rail sliding blocks; moving pulling cylinders are connected to the external ends of the base connecting plates, respectively; and limiting devices are arranged at two ends of the rails. In the flexible tool set platform, the requirements of assembling tools at the rear section of the integral wing-body structures of various models of airplanes can be met by reconstructing the positioning unit of each module by changing the height of the supporting framework, or increasing or changing the assistant framework, so that not only the efficiency of airplane assembly and manufacturing is improved, but also the cost of airplane manufacturing is saved, and the large floor area problem of the tool set is solved to a large extent.
