The utility model relates to an eddying motion model test apparatus of a monopod oceanographic platform comprising a mooring ring, a mooring hole, a wing-shape hanging pole, a small toggle plate, a transverse slat, a model anchorage line segment, a buoyancy pontoon, a weight, an equivalent vertical tube system, a monopod oceanographic platform model, a trailer, a non-contact optical measurement system, a tension force transducer, a strain amplifier, a termination, an automatic data acquisition card and a computer real-time analysis system. The equivalent mooring system is applied to equivalent static force characteristic of real mooring system. And the equivalent vertical tube system is used to equivalent static force characteristic of real vertical tube system. The model mooring rack comprises the wing-shape hanging pole, the mooring ring, the mooring hole, the small toggle plate and the transverse slat, wherein the shape of the cross section of the wing-shape hanging pole is wing shaped, and the mooring hole is homogeneous distributed along the mooring ring. The present utility model can make the model mooring system more close to engineering practice of the monopod oceanographic platform, and lower the requirement on size of the model experimental tank, further can change the angle of the monopod oceanographic platform model and the direction of upper stream.
