Coherently Coupled ZnO and VO$_{2}$ Interface studied by Photoluminescence and electrical transport across a phase transition

Thephase transition is also accompanied by strong changes in thedielectric constant with high transparency in the semiconductorphase and high reflectivity in the metallic phase in a broad fre-quency spectrum including the telecommunications windowwith a hysteresis in optical transmittance.
