Dielectric properties of solid solutions based on the antiferroelectric PbSc/sub 1/2/Sb/sub 1/2/O/sub 3/

1988
Dielectric measurements in a wide range of frequencies established that samples of solid solutions based on PbSc/sub 1/2/Sb/sub 1/2/O/sub 3/ have smeared phase transitions. The Curie-Weiss law holds for different compositions in a range of temperatures 10-150 K higher than the Curie temperature. The change in the magnitude and sign of the difference between the Curie and Curie-Weiss temperatures is associated with the change in the degree of smearing of the phase transitions.
