Extraction of the width of the W boson from measurements of $\sigma(p\vec{p} \rightarrow W + X) X B(W \rightarrow e\nu)$ and $\sigma(p\vec{p} \rightarrow Z + X) X B(Z \rightarrow ee)$ and their ratio
