This invention relates to new phosphonitrilic esters, obtainable by reaction of a phosphonitrilic halide with 2,2-bis(halomethyl)propane-1,3-diol or with 3-halo-2,2-bis(halomethyl)-1-propanol and useful as flameproofing agents.
