Atomic fluorescence spectrometric determination of lead in wine by hydride generation

A method for determination of trace lead in wine by intermittent flow H G-AFS was founded. The detection limit was effectively improved by treating K 3Fe (CN)6 with activated carbon. The conditions for K3Fe(CN)6+KB H4+HCl system of generation of PbH4 and the interference of foreign ions wer e discussed. The detection limit of this method was 0.12 μg/L and it's RS D(n=6) was in the range of 0.2% to 2.9%. The recovery was 98.6%~102.8%. This method is accurate,simple and sensitive. It is accorded with the demand of trace element analysis.
