Xanthohumol-coated nano-fiber membrane

The invention relates to a xanthohumol (Xn)-coated nano-fiber membrane. The xanthohumol-coated nano-fiber membrane is characterized in that the xanthohumol-coated nano-fiber membrane contains 5wt% of graft nano-hydroxyapatite [HA-g-PLLA (HA-g-poly L lactic acid) and 5wt%-20wt% of xanthohumol, the graft nano-hydroxyapatite, the xanthohumol and biodegradable polyester macromolecules (such as polylactide and polyglycollide-lactide copolymers) are dissolved in solvents to obtain spinning solution, and the xanthohumol-coated medicine-loaded nano-fiber membrane can be manufactured by means of electrospinning. The xanthohumol-coated nano-fiber membrane has the advantages that as shown by FTIR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) tests, the xanthohumol is encapsulated on nano-fibers, the surface morphology of the nano-fiber membrane can be observed via an SEM (scanning electron microscope), change of the hydrophilicity of the nano-fiber membrane can be tested by the aid of a contact angle analyzer, release curves of the xanthohumol can be drawn by the aid of medicine in-vitro release experiments, and the mixing proportions of various components can be adjusted, so that the medicine release speeds can be controlled; the bioactivity of the nano-fiber membrane can be improved by the added HA-g-PLLA, and accordingly the xanthohumol-coated nano-fiber membrane is beneficial to bone repair; the xanthohumol can induce mesenchymal stem cells to be differentiated to obtain osteoblasts, and anti-tumor, antioxidant and anti-inflammation effects further can be realized.
