Comparing innovative policies and practices for activating young people

In this chapter, the findings from the individual case studies are compared according to the following aspects: why and how the innovations react to policy gaps; their innovative elements (philosophy, approach, objectives, instruments, action/process of the intervention) based in particular on the new assumptions of their effectiveness.
