Research Progress of Seperation,Purification and Biology of Acetylcholinesterase

Acetylcholinesterase(AChE) maintained the normal nerve impulse transmission by the neurotransmitter acetylcholine hydrolysis in the synaptic gap and widely distributed in various animal tissues like brain,red blood cells,fish tissue and animal serumetc.The recent research pregress on AChE was reviewed in this study,including the extraction,purification and immobilization method of the AChE,the application of sensor made of AChE,and also the treatment of the disease such as Alzheimer's disease(AD) with the AChE.This study would provide information frame of the enzyme for further study and application of AChE.
