The invention relates to a construction method for a reinforced ecological floating bed. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a rectangular frame structure by connecting PVC pipes with elbows and then laying a double-layer nylon net with 2-to-4-cm meshes on the frame structure; and putting a stereo elastic filling material into domestic sewage for intermittent natural biofilm formation, hanging 30 to 50 strings of formed biofilms below the frame structure per square meter and planting 20 to 30 plants having a good purifying effect on phosphorus in the meshes of the nylon net per square meter so as to obtain the reinforced ecological floating bed. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the purpose of water purification can be achieved through synergism of the plants and the biofilms, the aquatic plant canna with strong phosphorus removal capability can be used, the biofilms on the elastic filling material can effectively remove nitrogen in a water body through nitration and denitrification effects, and the reinforced ecological floating bed can be widely applied to ecological restoration of a natural water body.
