InFocus-TOPTIG dual-arc hybrid welding method

The invention discloses an InFocus-TOPTIG dual-arc hybrid welding method, and relates to a welding method. The InFocus-TOPTIG dual-arc hybrid welding method includes the steps that (1) the surface of a to-be-welded workpiece is polished or washed; (2) welding parameters are set, wherein an included angle formed by a welding wire and a tungsten electrode extension line ranges from 15 degrees to 30 degrees, the wire feeding speed ranges from 50 mm/min to 600 mm/min, the welding speed ranges from 50 mm/min to 1000 mm/min, the protection gas is inert gas, and the flow of the protection gas ranges from 15 L/min to 30 L/min; and (3) a robot integration system is used for controlling the welding process parameters, after an arc is stabilized for 1 S to 2 S, TOPTIG arcing is carried out, solder wires are then fed to a wire fusion area, and a robot is finally controlled to enable welding guns to jointly move so as to complete the welding process. The size of the end of an InFocus-TOPTIG hybrid welding head can be further reduced, the positioning variable is reduced, the positioning accuracy and the positioning stability can be improved, the welding accuracy and the welding stability are guaranteed, and the welding line quality is improved.
