The present invention improves the capacity of the base, and is provided in the fixing section and the connecting section reinforcing ring and a reinforcing plate, reinforcing the main cylinder and the swash plate support, firmness between the main cylinder and the lower swash plate support, thereby improving the stability of the base. Compared with the conventional base of the present invention, it eliminates a central steel pipe pile, reduce the construction difficulty and the cost of production to a large extent.
