Regulating rod for accurately regulating gas pressure of gas static pressure chuck

The invention relates to the technical field of laser micro machining and discloses a regulating rod for accurately regulating the gas pressure of a gas static pressure chuck. The regulating rod is characterized by comprising knobs and a rod part, wherein the knobs are sequentially connected; the rod part is used for extending into a gas cavity; the rod part is provided with a threaded section; the initial end of the threaded section is provided with a sealing device; a micrometer head is arranged between the knobs and the rod part; and the rod part is provided with micrometer scales. The regulating rod has the following characteristics that (1) a rotating head similar with the micrometer head is adopted at the rear end of the regulating rod, a pointer is marked at a rotating part, scales are engraved on the surface of the regulating rod, which corresponds to the pointer, each scale is made small and is equal to 1mum, the stretching quantity of the regulating rod can be accurately controlled, so that the pressure of the gas cavity is accurately controlled; (2) the regulating rod is provided with a sealing ring groove, an O-shaped sealing ring is adopted to seal, and a sealing effect is good; (3) the regulating rod does not require any tool and adopts a manual regulating manner; and (4) and the regulating rod is convenient to regulate and is durable.
