Effect comparation and nursing of spray pump and ultrasonic atomizer in drug inhalation as the adjuvant treatment for bronchial asthma

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of spray pump and ultrasonic atomizer in drug inhalation as the adjuvant treatment for bronchial asthma,and explore its nursing methods.Methods 112 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,56 cases of each.The observation group was treated with spray pump,while the control group was treated with ultrasonic atomizer for the adjuvant therapy.The efficacy of 2 groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 91.1% higher than 89.3% of the control group,but the difference was of no statistical significance(P>0.05).4 cases of the control group happened adverse reactions,such as difficult breathing,cough,cyanose,and so on,but none of the observation group happened significant discomfort.Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of aerosol inhalation has good effect on bronchial asthma,and the efficacy of using spray pump is more stable than using ultrasonic atomizer with less adverse reaction,so it is worth clinical popularizing and application.
