Primary Investigation on Evaluation and Preference Control of Ambient Noise

Now the current ambient noise evaluation and noise control method selection are not closely related with noise origin and affected human. In this paper the noise impact index was introduced. The valuation of noise abatement value is defined by value engineering theory. The evaluation and code of ambient noise relate the noise origin and affected mass closely.
