Иммунологические и морфологические аспекты диагностики инфекции Helicobacter pylori и вирусов семейства Herpesviridae

Microbial component of inflammation process was detected by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR). By means of PCR etiological microbial factor of mononuclear cells in peripheral blood (MCPB) was investigated. Mixtinfication of mucosa membrane of gastrointestinal tract with H. pylori and Herpesviridae in pathology of gastroduodenal area and presence of fragments of microorganisms DNA in PBMC were revealed. This phenomenon may be important in pathogenesis of pathology of gastrointestinal tract and forms the basis for its further investigation
