Method transcriptional amplification of nucleic acids of different temperatures gathering steps

2011
The present invention relates to a transcriptional amplification method wherein: a) at least one target nucleic acid present in a biological sample, is brought into contact. amplification primers. of all the reagents necessary to achieve amplification, the enzymes involved in amplification, and. at least one polyol to stabilize the enzymes necessary to achieve amplification, b) the mixture is heated to a temperature above 41 ° C, c) producing a transcriptional amplification of the target nucleic acid at a temperature above 41 ° C. The invention also relates to a method of detecting amplicons produced by the amplification process, a pretreatment process of the nucleic acid targets searched, and an in vitro method of diagnosing the presence of or the target nucleic acids. It is particularly applicable in the field of medical diagnosis.
