Hyperactive carotid sinus reflex and his bundle electrography

Summary His bundle electrograms were performed in a 57-year-old man presenting with hyperreactive carotid sinus reflex who also manifested blocked sinus impulses during carotid massage. His bundle electrography allowed for clarification of this patient's atrioventricular conduction and allowed for some comment regarding vagal influence on AV nodal tissue.
