The shape of the top surface of the tooling matches with that of the back surface of a pattern block of the adjustable mold, the top surface of the tooling tightly clings to the back surface of the adjustable mold, the top surface of the tooling is provided with a ring belt shaped groove for a boss disposed on the back surface of the pattern block to be embedded, a lateral surface of the tooling is provided with a U-shaped positioning pin groove perpendicular to a length direction of the ring belt shaped groove, a body of the pattern block is provided with pluralities of positioning pin holes perpendicular to a length direction of the boss, and the pattern block can be fixedly assembled on the tooling through a press connecting part. The tooling effectively resolves limitation problems that the existing three-axis machine can not completely process patterns of radial ply tire adjustable molds, and the patterns of the radial ply tire adjustable molds only can be processed via four-axis or multi-axis machines, saves cost due to utilizing a machine with high using requirement on the premise of guaranteeing quality of molds, further reduces time and cost for programming the machine, and is simple in operation and easy to be implemented.
