Severe pulmonary stenosis hiding sinus venosus atrial septal defect: a case report
2021
Abstract We describe sinus venosus atrial septal defect diagnosis on trans-esophageal echocardiography during percutaneous balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty in a young man with severe pulmonary valve stenosis and dilated right ventricle (RV), demonstrating usefulness of other imaging modalities than trans-thoracic echocardiography for differential diagnosis of dilated RV.
