Estimates of relative yields of strange baryons and antibaryons from pp and pA interactions

The relative production rates of (multi‐)strange baryons and antibaryons in heavy ion collisions are expected to be sensitive signals of quark‐gluon plasma formation. They have to be compared to the corresponding quantities from pp and pA collisions which are evaluated here.
