T Lymphocyte Induction of Metastatic Tumors in the Nude Mouse Model

Abstract This study shows that metastatic human carcinomas can be induced in the nude mouse by the addition of xenogeneic T lymphocytes. Based on this model, theories as to why this phenomenon occurs and preferential deposition of metastatic tumor are proposed.
