On Jurisdiction System and Law Conflict of Transnational Intellectual Property

With the development of science and technology and the violation of the intellectual property becoming more and more complicated,how to solve transnational intellectual property cases efficiently becomes an international focus.Because of the limitation of the jurisdiction of intellectual property involving foreign elements,and the new challenge brought by the development of the science and network technology,how to introduce a new jurisdictional concept as well as how to solve the law conflict existed in transnational intellectual property field efficiently are of practical significance.
