Girls are more active in volunteering than boys. Girls and boys are used to high level of voluntary activity with children and young people, in health care, at church. Girls are more likely to be active in organizing charitable actions, in working with the old people and in organizations which protect rights of women, while boys are more likely in such activities as: project connected to city development, organizing of cultural events. The main predictors of volunteering which were conducted in the article were values and interpersonal trust. Predictors of girl`s voluntary activity is high level of values stimulation, high level of interpersonal trust, distrust to government institutions. Those predictors are a little bit different in case of boy’s activity. So predictors of boy`s voluntary activity are high level of values stimulation, high level of values benevolence, high level of trust to professors in the University. Thus, confirmed that girls show more volunteer activity than boys and have other motives that lead them to this activity.
