Investigation and Analysis of Professional Development for Political Theory Teachers in Military Academies

Based on a series of investigations and interviews,the author conducts an analysis of the existing problems in the professional development of political theory teachers in military academies,such as inadequate discipline construction resulting in political theory teachers’lack of sense of belonging,excessive pressure with double-management and limited conditions for development.To solve those problems,the following suggestions are put forward: strengthening discipline construction,implementing scientific management and providing various supports.
