Site preferences in Bi: YIG film determined by the x-ray standing wave method
1991
Abstract The X-ray standing wave method was used to obtain the distribution of Bi 3+ ions on the dodecahedral sublattice of thin Bi: YIG film with (001) orientation. Temperature dependence of the growth induced anisotropy constant was determined from the FMR spectra and discussed on the basis of the single ion anisotropy model.
