Method for accessing IEC61970 dispatching EMS system to IEC61850 digital transformer substation

The invention discloses a method for accessing an IEC61970 dispatching EMS system to an IEC61850 digital transformer substation, which comprises the following steps of: (1) supplying a main station transformer substation topological graph and a full transformer substation model to the EMS system by the digital transformer substation; (2) resolving the transformer substation model, namely converting an IEC61850 model into an IEC61970 model and automatically generating a parameter library of the EMS system; and (3) communicating with a digital transformer substation gateway machine by IEC61850+-like communication standard to realize transceiving of transformer substation information. The dispatching system is communicated with the transformer substation by adopting an IEC61850+-like protocol so that protocol conversion is not needed; and the dispatching system has better interoperability, can reduce operations of debugging and maintenance, and reduces time and operation for increasing a new station into the EMS.
