The invention provides a distributed type earthquake early warning information processing method and system. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) collecting an earthquake motion waveform by earthquake monitoring instruments of various regions, and sending to a local earthquake early warning key information generation instrument; (2) processing received data to generate earthquake early warning key information by the earthquake early warning key information generation instrument, and sending the earthquake early warning key information to an early warning center server to be collected; and (3) calculating an earthquake basic parameter according to the earthquake early warning key information by the early warning center server, and then sending the early warning information which is obtained by a user according to the earthquake basic parameter and is input into the early warning center server to early warning information receiving and disposing equipment to finish earthquake early warning information processing. Because the early warning key information of each station is calculated on the station and is sent to the early warning center server, the distributed type earthquake early warning information processing method has the outstanding advantages that real-time dataflow transmission is greatly reduced, the communication cost is saved, and the data timeliness can be improved due to the reduction of the transmission data amount.
