The invention discloses a planetary polishing device with a compact structure. The planetary polishing device comprises a revolution transmission part, an autoroatation transmission part and a polishing shaft, wherein the revolution transmission part comprises a mounting flange, a device housing, a revolution motor, a speed reducer, an eccentric regulating assembly, a polishing shaft mounting connecting rod, a parallelogram mechanism and an eccentric regulating knob; the autoroatation transmission part comprises an autoroatation motor, a primary belt transmission assembly and a secondary belt transmission assembly; the autoroatation motor is fixedly arranged on the device housing; one end of the primary belt transmission assembly is connected with the motor shaft of the autoroatation motor, and the other end of the primary belt transmission assembly can be rotatably connected with the secondary belt transmission assembly; the secondary belt transmission assembly can be rotatably connected with the polishing shaft; the polishing shaft is mounted on a polishing shaft mounting connecting rod and performs revolution motion with the polishing shaft mounting connecting rod; and rotation motion of the autoroatation motor is sequentially transmitted to the polishing shaft through the primary belt transmission assembly and the secondary belt transmission assembly, so that the autoroatation motion of the polishing shaft is realized.
