Production method and device for preventing chytrid pollution in haematococcus pluvialis

2012
The invention relates to a method and a device for prevention and control of pollution in large-scale culture of haematococcus pluvialis. The method mainly comprises the following steps of: (1) placing the haematococcus pluvialis into a primary photobioreactor to cultivate haematococcus pluvialis swarm cells; (2) turning the haematococcus pluvialis swarm cells into a secondary photobioreactor, and adding a stress culture medium; (3) converting more than 10% of the haematococcus pluvialis swarm cells in the secondary photobioreactor to fixed cells, controlling the temperature of haematococcus pluvialis sporoblast algae liquid in an astaxanthin accumulation stage to 10-20 DEG C and cultivating; and (4) after cultivating for 7-12 days, controlling the infection rate of the harvested haematococcus pluvialis spore chytrid to lower than 1%. The device is mainly used for providing the energy by utilizing waste heat of workshop flue gas and is a temperature controller for reducing the temperature of the haematococcus pluvialis liquid; the fuel cost is saved, the economic benefit is improved, the enterprise competitive power is enhanced, the emission of waste gas and harmful gas are reduced greatly, and the environment is protected.
