Durable anti-reflection film

Antireflection film having a surface layer comprising the reaction product of a polymerizable low refractive index composition comprising at least one free-radically polymerizable fluorinated material and surface modified inorganic nanoparticles are described. High refractive index layer is bonded to the low refractive index layer. In one embodiment, the high refractive index layer comprises surface modified inorganic nanoparticles dispersed in a crosslinked organic material. Antireflection film is preferably greater durability, shows a haze value of less than 1.0% after wiping 25 times with steel wool using the weight of the mandrel and 1000 grams of 3.2 cm.
