Data scheduling method and system

The invention discloses a data scheduling method and system. The method comprises the steps of: when a wireless link migration instruction is received, setting a currently used first link to be in a migration state, and configuring a new second link; when reported data used for reflecting the signal quality of the first link and coming from a terminal is obtained, detecting the state of the first link; and, when the first link is in the migration state, modifying the reported data according to a pre-set rule, and performing data scheduling in the first link according to the modified reported data. According to the data scheduling method and system disclosed by the invention, in a service link migration process, after the offset is adjusted, signal quality data reported by the terminal is used; therefore, the phenomenon that the BLER of an MAC layer is increased due to the fact that the channel quality is drastically changed and reported in a delayed manner in the migration process can be avoided; the BLER index is reduced; therefore, the data scheduling success rate is increased; the terminal can smoothly obtain data from a base station; and visibly, by means of the technical scheme in the invention, the wireless system performance is improved.
