The present invention relates to a high color fastness hydrophilic copolyester base particles and preparation method, in particular in-situ chemical modification method of introducing graft function in UV polyester segment inorganic nanoparticles, thereby increasing the UV homogeneity of the particles in the polyester, the polyester in order to improve the color fastness; the preparation steps of: dispersing the inorganic particles in an alcohol as a solvent, and under basic conditions, was added aminopropyltriethoxysilane methoxyl silane functional surface prepared inorganic particles; and inorganic particles to surface functionality, terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol as raw materials, the first step esterification reaction, and then added to the polyol in the second stage the pre-polycondensation process copolycondensation, then by a final polycondensation to obtain high fastness hydrophilic copolyester. Good preparation of the polyester has a hydrophilic effect of the present invention, is excellent in ultraviolet resistance, can be widely used in exterior trim, clothing, plastic or the like.
