The invention relates to a welding positioner with a heating temperature control device, comprising a base, two supports arranged on the base, half shafts arranged on the supports and a large semicircular gear arranged between the half shafts and meshed with a gear of a speed reducer, wherein the large semicircular gear is fixedly provided with a reduction box; a heating device tray is fixedly arranged above the reduction box; a disk-shaped heating device is fixedly arranged above the heating device tray; the center of the disk-shaped heating device is provided with a hole; the hole is internally provided with a main shaft which is meshed with a gear arranged in the reduction box to drive; a rotating table is movably arranged between the main shaft and the disk-shaped heating device; the outer part of the rotating table is fixedly provided with a heat insulating cover with a gap; a thermoelectric couple is arranged in the heat insulating cover; a rotating frame is arranged below the rotating table and provided with a clamping slot; a pin arranged on the main shaft is arranged in the clamping slot; and therefore, the requirements for the welding preheating temperature and the interlayer temperature of a welding workpiece are met.
