Manejo quirúrgico de la distrofia oculofaríngea. Reporte de un caso

The authors report a case of a 59 year old female referred to the General Hospital of Mexico with dysphagia. After laboratory, radiology and genetic studies (PABPN1) we diagnosticated oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy. Cricopharyngeal myotomy was performed with good result.
