FIELD: medicine; odontology. SUBSTANCE: the possibility of dental implantation operation without taking into account the demand of root parts placement parallel to each other and the remained basic teeth, and with a glance of individual topography-anatomic features of jaws, in optimum directions for interaction of implant and recipient zone tissues due to application of the device for the change of the slope angle of the bearing head implant. The parallel orientation in three-dimensional space of implant bearing heads is carried out by change of their slope angle by means of the device for change of ventplant basic head slope angle. The direction in which it is necessary to change the slope angle is marked on the basic heads and the size of this angle is measured. Bearing heads are unscrewed from implants and in turns they are installed in the device firmly in cone-shaped groove. Bearing heads are bent by other part of the device, changing their slope. The mold is produced with the use of silicone impressive material, placing bearing heads in it with the analogues of implant root parts attached to them, which represent a cone having side for prevention of rotation around the axis and the ledge fixing necessary depth of immersing. Gum shapers are installed on implant root parts. Final prosthesis manufacturing and its final fixation are carried out. The device for change of slope angle of the bearing head of the ventplant made from two parts, for fixation of the bearing head, one of which has the channel on the center of its end surface with a groove to a similar groove of a head implant, and another is made in the form of the handle of the cylindrical form. The channel in the first part has the diameter and depth in the forward part which amounts to 1.1-1.2 of the bearing head implant diameter. The carving similar to head implant is made in the back part of the channel. Between forward and back parts of the channel cone-shaped groove is made, similar to the protuberance of a bearing head implant by form and size, in the second part from the end surface in the center the channel similar to 1.1-1.2 of the bearing head implant diameter and at depth of 10-12 mm is made. The second part is made in the form of the handle of the cylindrical form, and both handles have corrugated external surface. EFFECT: ensuring of carving integrity conditions, exact measurement of the sloping angle of necessary size and required direction, an optimum way of prosthesis introduction. 2 cl, 37 dwg, 3 ex
