Парадигма клинико-инструментальных особенностей саркоидоза органов дыхания

A simple retrospective research of the dynamics of common and newly diagnosed incidence of respiratory sarcoidosis of the adult population in Omsk city during the period from 2003 to 2010 was conducted. The paradigm of clinical and instrumental singularities destruction of the respiratory system was investigated in 262 sarcoidosis patients who were treated in the Municipal Omsk city clinical Kabanov 's hospital № 1, based on the health center, outpatient, inpatient charts, CT archive institutions and spirography data. It is showed a trend to a significant increase in the incidence of the respiratory sarcoidosis and clinical radiographic features of its course.
