Deltamethrin polyclonal antibody enzyme-linked immunity detection method and its uses

The invention discloses a method of enzymoimmunoassay for detecting deltamethrin polyclonal antibody and the application thereof. The method is used for obtaining the polyclonal antibody by using healthy white rabbits immunized by a conjugate (DM -BSA) of deltamethrin hapten (DM) and bovine serum albumin (BSA); the polyclonal antibody is filtered, by taking the deltamethrin as a standard product and the conjugate (DM -OVA) of DM and ovalbumin (OVA) as envelope antigen, an indirectly competitive enzyme-linked immunization for deltamethrin pesticide is established in food. The method of the invention creates an indirect ELISA method for deltamethrin pesticide in food, thus providing a rapid and high-efficiency detecting means for detecting the residues of deltamethrin in food. The method of the invention is low in cost and good in stableness and repeatability due to the adoption of the polyclonal antibody. The sensitivity is 0.110 microgram mL to 0.237 microgram mL ; linear range is 0.015 microgram mL to 100 microgram mL . The preliminary treatment of a sample is simple.
