The invention discloses a high maneuvering target detection and parameter estimation method based on improved three-phase conversion. The method includes the steps that (1) clutter suppression is conducted on total echo data received by airborne radar, so that data generated after clutter suppression are acquired; (2) space phase compensation is conducted on the data generated after clutter suppression, so that coherent integration of received signals is achieved; (3) three-phase conversion is conducted on the signals acquired after coherent integration and the instantaneous frequency of the signals is searched for; (4) the found instantaneous frequency is used for solving a motion parameter equation set and maneuvering target motion parameters are estimated. According to the method, a space phase relation of the received signals under a phased array system is used for achieving coherent integration of the signals, parameter estimation accuracy is improved, and an accurate estimation result can be acquired under the condition that pulse points are limited.
