Decision of Explicit Knowledge Conversion within Enterprise Based on Two-echelon Evolution Game

As explicit knowledge is easy to imitate and transfer,the conversion of explicit knowledge was presented.Conversion of explicit knowledge involves two problems within enterprise:one is that the attitude of enterprise and knowledge worker colony is different;the other is that the attitude of high knowledge worker colony and low knowledge worker colony is different.In order to solve this problem,two-echelon evolution game theory with replicated dynamic equations was used to decide the inspiring mechanism,making knowledge worker colony convert its knowledge according to enterprise's goal.The same strategy of knowledge conversion was adopted between high knowledge worker colony and low knowledge worker colony to achieve the benefit of enterprise to the maximum.
