Method for prolonging augmented injection measure period of water injection well scaling easily

2011
A method for prolonging an augmented injection measure period of a water injection well scaling easily is applied to oil-field low-permeability oil-reservoir water injection. An antiscale agent, a solid acid and a surface active agent are respectively embedded in films so that an antiscale agent slow-release capsule, a solid acid slow-release capsule and a surface active agent slow-release capsule are made. The particles of the three slow-release capsules are 20-40 mesh. The three slow-release capsules are mixed with fracturing fluid or acid liquid and are injected into a stratum along with the fracturing fluid or the acid liquid, the particles of the three slow-release capsules are reserved in cracks after the cracks are closed, and the antiscale agent, the solid acid and the surface active agent which are embedded in the films are slowly released into injected water through micropores of the films. The method has the advantages that the water-sucking expanding speed of the surface-layer films is controlled by the thicknesses of the films, the antiscale agent, the solid acid and the surface active agent which are embedded and injected into the water respectively achieve the reasonable concentration requirement in a storage layer, and the goals of preventing scale, reducing water injection pressure and prolonging the augmented injection measure period are achieved.
