The invention discloses a construction method of a molecular predication model of vibrio parahaemolyticus in litopenaeus vannamei. The construction method includes the following steps that fresh litopenaeus vannamei is sampled and stored; the fresh litopenaeus vannamei is processed; quantitative determination of living bacteriua in the vibrio parahaemolyticus in the fresh litopenaeus vannamei is performed; a primary model and a secondary model are constructed according to the quantitative determination value of living bacteriua in the vibrio parahaemolyticus; the primary model and the secondary model are verified. The invention further provides a construction method of a molecular predication microorganism model of vibrio parahaemolyticus naturally existing in litopenaeus vannamei. The construction method is based on the molecular biological technology and can be used for predication of behavior changes of the vibrio parahaemolyticus naturally existing in the litopenaeus vannamei. The construction method fills a gap of predication of microorganism models of vibrio parahaemolyticus in litopenaeus vannamei and can provide an effective data basis for research on behavior changes of vibrio parahaemolyticus and quantitative microorganism risk assessment of vibrio parahaemolyticus.
